Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TSB Technologies collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who we are

TSB Technologies operates https://techskillboost.com. For the purposes of data protection law we are the data fiduciary (or controller) for information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@techskillboost.com or at 7 B Seth Apartment, Geeta Bhawan, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452001.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we record the fields you complete: your name, work email address, and — where you choose to provide them — company, phone number, country, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget and timeline, and your message. All of these except name, email, and message are optional.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data for every request: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, user agent, and referrer. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. We also use your IP address transiently to rate-limit form submissions and login attempts.

What we do not collect. This website loads no analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party social or chat widgets. We do not attempt to build a profile of you across sites, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. Cookies

The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie issued when a member of our team signs in to the content management system at /admin. It is strictly necessary, it is not set for ordinary visitors, and it carries no tracking identifier. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to dismiss.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and — if we go on to work together — administer the engagement. Our basis for this is the performance of a contract or the steps leading up to one, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Server logs and rate limiting rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through this form unless you have separately asked us to.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We disclose it only to: our hosting and infrastructure providers, who process it on our instructions in order to run the site; our email provider, so we can reply to you; professional advisers where we are obliged to consult them; and public authorities where the law requires it. Where a provider operates outside your country, transfers are made under the safeguards their own terms provide.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while we are in active conversation with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we have context if you come back to us. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for as long as our tax and contractual record-keeping obligations require. Server logs are rotated on our hosting provider’s standard schedule. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

7. How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to submitted enquiries requires an authenticated account, of which there is a small, named set; passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text; and repeated failed sign-ins are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, provide a copy, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it; you can object to processing based on legitimate interests; and you can withdraw consent where consent is what we relied on. Write to info@techskillboost.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to your local data protection authority — in India, the Data Protection Board; in the EEA or UK, your national supervisory authority.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information we will revise this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here so you can see what moved.

10. Contact

Questions, requests, or complaints about this policy can go to info@techskillboost.com, or by post to 7 B Seth Apartment, Geeta Bhawan, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452001.
